Staff were all friendly, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond, we arrived well before check in after an over night flight, they gave us access to kids play room, change room with showers, pool and sauna. We had great coffee and fresh fruit for the kids in the cafe in the lobby. Room and facilities were all clean. Bed comfy and hotel was quite enabling a great sleep before early flight the next day.
