One bathroom was out of use in one side of the alley. It happened that the other one was in use while in the other side of the alley both bathrooms were free, but although they were free we couldn’t get there because we were not allowed to cross the passage to the other side alley! The curtains were shut and locked. It was very annoying.

Keep up the periodical discounted deals that is one of the major reasons I fly with Cathay. I receive quality with appealing fare price compared to the other upmarket airlines.

Service too slow for such a late flight, serve food quickly so that the passengers can sleep. Just too slow this time around. Too slow.

The flight manager took the time to acknowledge us as frequent flyers, which was great.

Good to see that the in-flight service has become more friendly although there is still chaos in HK.
