"Front desk personnel were very bad at their job. They tried to charge me on a prepaid stay reserved on Expedia. They reserved me a cab that was cancelled by the driver for some reason but never informed me. The front desk knew well in advance of the cancellation."

"In my opinion this is the best kept secret in Bohol, Philippines. After being disappointed by the first place we stayed on our vacation it was very refreshing to stay at this property. The lobby area spotless as well as the elevator and hallway areas leading up to our room. The room was very clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable and all the linen was fresh. The have a small cafe inside the lobby and there is a restaurant right next door so you have food options at your disposal. Additionally this is a heavily travelled area during the day and you should have no problem catching a taxi or “took took” to places around town. It’s less than a mile away from the pier in Tagbilaran. I highly recommend this hotel. Two thumbs up."

"Great place to stay on the Loboc river. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of activities to do fireflies tour is a must do. Scooter rentals at reasonable prices. Restaurants over looking the Loboc river serve excellent food. Whale shark swim 15 mins ride Loboc eco park 5 - 10 mins ride Ferry port 35 mins ride "
