"The room was amazing! We had an beautiful view and had no problems with our stay. All the staff was very nice and helped us with our luggage. So many things are close by as well, along with a 7/11 and many different restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My husband and I have just completed 9 days at Tokyu Stay and absolutely loved it. The hotel was small , exceptionally clean and the staff were very gracious and professional. My husband left his iPhone in the taxi on arrival at the hotel and Julie ( and some of her colleagues) worked extremely hard to track it down and did so successfully, for which we were very grateful. Although the breakfast had limited choices it was ample. The fact that the hotel was situated very close to the Takanawa Gateway JR line was a real plus. We love returning after a busy day sightseeing to the much quieter area of Takanawa. Also the food options in this huge shopping precinct were amazing. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel. "I’m going to give my honest opinion! Everyone talked about how small the hotels in Tokyo are. However this particular hotel was exceptional. It is big compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. There is a lot of drawer to put our clothes and also a good sized closet. The hotel provides almost everything to make our stay conducive. From the entrance, lobby and to the room itself you’ll be amazed. I loved the fact that it has 711 in the basement for a quick grab. And it is about seven minutes walk to shinagawa station. And the breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western selections. There is so much to choose from. And the staffs were so helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo"

"Our first time in japan. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby, trains and grocery stores nearby. Be prepared for lots of walking and stairs. Good clean affordable hotel we probably pay more for high season unfortunately miss cherry blossom season. We enjoy yakiniku and conveyor belt sushi the most and tried every bento boxes. Hope to come back in the future we enjoyed our visit. Thank you to all the strangers that help us on the train station who help us guide us on the right path when we got lost and must have is apple map good for directions and google translate that help navigate everything in japanese."
