Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-minamiguchi
10/10 Excellent
"This is always my go-to when I stay in Tokyo. Close to Shibuya station, quiet, walkable- family mart around the corner. The staff is so amazing and friendly and helpful with anything you could need. The room was perfect- even comes with a washer and dryer- everything you could need for your trip. 10 out of 10- highly recommend. "
"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"
"Excellent staff and location. 4th stay at this hotel. Concierge is excellent in areaging transportation, receiving packages and helping me mail out a package. Location is as ideal as you can get. Right next to the Shibuya Scramble and connected to the Shibuya Station. "
