"My first time in Japan and I'm glad I picked this hotel... it was easy to get to on the train from the haneda airport and also from shibuya crossing... the staff was very friendly... the breakfast was good (esp. the chicken karaage)... I loved the washer & dryer and it wasn't too intimidating to figure out how to use... I'd def. stay here again next time I visit japan"

"Clean comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. We opted to include breakfast and it was good value, buffet style with a good wide selection. The hotel is super handy to Takanawa Gateway station, very walkable with luggage and Shinagawa station is also handy though a bit further of a walk. The hotel has a happy hour in the evening from 5pm with free drinks and snacks in the bar area, this was a nice way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing! Lastly we found it very quiet in our room, didn’t hear anything from other rooms at night etc."
