"Great hotel, beautiful pool, convenience location"

"Fabulous family holiday! Thank you to all the amazing staff especially Darren on front desk. We felt very welcome and at ease from the start. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a family suite and the rooms were perfect we felt very special. There was no noise from outside. Beds all very comfortable, rooms cleaned daily with complimentary bottled water provided each day. Breakfast in main dining room was very nice, the executive lounge breakfast was much quieter and still great options. Gorgeous pool, great for family of all ages. Lovely lobby and bar, close to restaurants and easy walk to Orchard Centre for MRT. Would highly recommend and stay again"

"Amazing staff,ambiance,location,room etc. Highly recommend paying extra to stay in the pacific room. This gives access to the club room which includes breakfast, all day nibbles, 2hours of drinks ( the lime margaritas are outstanding ) as is the champagne, food , 2 items of clothing per person per day laundered and pressed, etc. The extras pay for the extra cost of the room and you get the luxury that accompanies it."
