Excellent location and super friendly staff, the pools were amazing too. The only things we thought were missing were a communal space for guests or a bar and our room was quite small for a family of 3.

The location of the hotel is nice as it is within walking distance to the station. There are many restaurants and 7-11 in front of the hotel exit. Although the front desk service took a while to check in, it was acceptable for me but it considered long time for my child as exceed 15 minutes. The hotel's drinking water system is really convenient and you don't have to worry about the extra cost of buying bottled water in Sentosa. There is a water filtration device (membrane) and we all have our thermos bottles to fill up water. We only book a breakfast in hotel one day while we checked in. My daughter likes the rice noodles very much so she ate two bowls. She loves their swimming pool and river pool. It was a great experience for us. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay again soon.

Went there for a staycation for my Son's birthday. Staff is amazing there. We had a great experience in general. Place is clean and convenient Will definitely considering staying again.

This property is lovely, and close to the monorail at Imbiah station, so provides great access to getting on monorail. Staff on front desk are lovely and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. While the pools are wonderful and a real treat looking over the harbour, there was not one day that we did not have to go hunting for towels, as they were never in the towel area. It was always a guessing game as to whether we would be able to have towels for our swim. Also, the signs clearly state the pools being open 7am-8pm, however it appears they are actually open 8am-10pm, which no one took any notice of. It would also be great if the empties from the night before’s pool bar were removed before the morning swimmers arrived. Great hotel to stay at, would recommend and would definitely stay again.
