"A great location for exploring downtown Sydney as well as further afield. All the main sights within walking distance or hop of the public transport which is only a short distance from the apartments. "Rooms need updating, bathroom door swolen/ moisture damaged. No plug for the vanity or kitchen, they delveried a plug to the room, but didn't fit, so did the dishes in a large kitchen pot. The kitchen sink is lose from the bench top. Shower was small, and struggled for hot water."

"We stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for one night to celebrate my son’s birthday, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. There was no warm welcome on arrival, and no complimentary birthday treat or cake for the celebration. The room did not feel clean—the carpet was dusty, the bathroom had mould and an unpleasant smell, and one of the face towels had what appeared to be a red stain on it. We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water or basic toiletries provided. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet our expectations, and the stay was not as special as we had hoped for our son’s birthday celebration."
