Then 2 weeks prior to arrival I’m informed pets not allowed which messed up our whole holiday and no apology or compensation made. The beds were a nightmare. They were on rollers that did not lock and moved around every night, we could not sleep. I didn’t hear back and no response to the emails I sent. The parking is only for small cars so we had to park on the street.
