"Great"

"My kids had fun but overall we expected better. The staffing and service was poor and slow. A HUGE long waiting lin t check in with one person at front desk. Same for everything else. Water slide lines went slow and it was clear this was due to understaffing at the slides. All the eateries and cafe's seemed understaffed with huge waiting lines on what everyone knew was to be a busy week/weekend. Activities (high ropes course and arcade) and various eateries lacked signage so it was impossible to know when things opened. Signage was terrible at water park so you'd have no way to know what tube to take up what staircase to go on which slide. Our last day there, virtually all of the "pools" areas to play other than the big slides, were closed indefinitely so we did not get to enjoy 50% or more of the water park the last day, and no talk of partial refunds!"

"Hotel was dated but clean. Staff was friendly . The walls were thin, you could hear TV in next room. The connecting door to the next room was nailed shut and was unsightly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. I don't know if was available 24 hours, but the coffee machine was on and accessible Everytime we checked."

"Wonderful getaway—very relaxing and peaceful, especially during the off-season. The staff was incredible—so friendly, welcoming, and fun. The restaurant exceeded our expectations; we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. We had a great time spending time in the lodge—playing pool and games, relaxing by the fireplace, and taking in the beautiful grounds. Our room was lovely and very comfortable."

"Bare minimal here! The bed is firm and well made and the shower water is hot!"
