"This is a historic hotel (1926) updated very tastefully to preserve the character of the building and the period and it has an amazing vibe. We booked one of the rooms with two queen beds. It was surprisingly spacious for an older hotel. The beds and pillows were nice and the bathroom was tastefully updated.
We enjoyed the lightly heated pool. It is great for adults but maybe not for young kids because the shallow end starts at 4 ft deep and extends only a couple of yards. The pool area felt like an oasis and we didn't hear the traffic.
We enjoyed a tasty breakfast in Cafe Fig. They also have a beautiful dinner restaurant called Deme overlooking the pool which we hope to try another time.
The hotel is a couple of blocks from the Crypto arena and convention center so super convenient if you attend a concert like we did.
