"There are so many pools at this resort that crowding doesn’t seem like a problem! The resort is so big, there’s always something to do! We went for our honeymoon and enjoyed every bit of this place. It was also our first time in Mexico and at an all inclusive resort and i couldn’t be happier with Barceló Maya. Will probably only be going here from now on!"

"TRS was fantastic! We went for our 6th anniversary and they did so many cute things to recognize it, like rosepetals on the bed, notes and rose petals on our tables for dinner, and adorable little gifts. Ricardo, Miguel, George, Jesus, and some others like the manager of the French restaurant (name is escaping us) were AMAZING! So attentive and helpful, especially as it was our first time ever staying at an all inclusive. We paid for the premium experience and, while it's expensive, I think it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! Food was fantastic, from the breakfast and lunch buffet at Helios to dinners at Gaucho and La Boheme. The cabaret at Chic was fantastic and the main pool overlooking the ocean is incredible. Overall fabulous experience ✨️ "

"The TRS pool was amazing and they had fun aqua activities during the day like aerobics and water bike class. Overall the service was amazing no matter where you were from the check-in, to shops, to dining and concierge. The resort was pristine everywhere. The only little hiccup was waiting for shuttles to take you from different areas, sometimes the wait was a little long in the heat but it wouldn't deter me from staying again! Shout out to Angel at the front desk, Adrian at concierge and David and Cielo at Villa 59 and the entire staff at Helios for exceptional service!"

"We are very glad that we choose the Family Selection package with the resort, everyone in the family enjoyed the time, the butler service is awesome, Ana and Erick are both very responsive and super helpful. We love the restaurant arrangement and the daily activities. My son refuse to cut-off the bracelet as he loves the place so much. We will definitely come back. "
