"the house was great and the family onsite took such great care of us. we loved the pool and the cooking/cleaning services. the only concern we had was that there were a few power outages that left us without electricity and water for two nights, but not the host's fault. as other reviews state, the road to the property is very bumpy and it takes about 15 minutes so plan accordingly."

"Nice little hotel in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The back yard needs a little love. It's the primary reason we booked, and the common area lounge chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the wooden swings over the cove and bar looks less than structurally sound. That said. The plunge pool was very nice and overall, for what we paid, was a great place to stay in Puerto Aventuras. We would stay again, but hopefully the back yard...
