"Convenient location in close proximity to Stanstead airport. The 508 bus is handy to be dropped off within 100yds and get back to the airport again. Room info needed updating as no dining options. TV signal was hit and miss and my shower was leaking. However, I would use this place again due to convenient location and reasonable price."

"Room was well priced but I had to ask for toilet paper. The wifi code in the room was incorrect and I had to go and search for it down in reception. One of the bedside lights was not working, the bathroom was a bit smelly / damp smell but you couldn't open the window. There was no breakfast available (which was stated as included in the description when I booked). The bed was comfy and clean and the nosie proofness was good so that the airoplanes didn't disturb.."

"We arrived at the property and it was a self check in and all was well. However our room was in a terrible state.Tye beddings looked like there weren’t washed for awhile.the bedsheet had dirty obvious marks on it which were really disgusting.we called the owner as she was in contact to give us clean beddings and resolve the problem.we sent the photos of dirty beddings to her as well.she said she was going to come shortly, we waited for 30 minutes,she didn’t turn up and she didn’t take our call...
