"Room was very clean, welcoming staff, well located with fantastic views, a great nights sleep with a comfortable bed and good facilities. Only negatives, the room wasn’t ready despite after check in time, the reception did apologise and we had a drink but was a little inconvenient, and only had one dressing gown for two of us."

"Arrived at the Hotel at 12:20 with a view to dropping our bags off and checking in later, but was pleased to be advised we could check in and at no extra cost. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast had a good selection, although no fried eggs ☹️ and the coffee out of the machine, I used was cold, however, no doubt if I’d bought it to the staff attention I’m sure they’d have sorted it. Also, breakfast was available until 11:00 a.m…would definitely stay there again"

"Great amenities. I love the availability of drinking water and apples at the reception area. Pool can get busy, hardly any deck available but lovely addition to our stay, i felt rejuvenated after using sauna and steam room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful concierge. Few minutes walk towards Tower Bridge- so beautiful at night. Love how the bar is open til late! Sum it all up, a wonderful stay."
