The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. "We had an excellent overnight stay. The room and en suite were spotless and the bed blissfully comfortable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a superior double room on arrival. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Room service breakfast also very reasonably priced and efficiently delivered. Hotel is located right by Tower of London and tube station so very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. "
