"Panelling next to the windows was rotten particle board that had expanded. Elevator wait times were horrendous. It was as long as 20min at one point. Breakfast buffet was bland tasteless. No salt shakers available for tables, just a little sauce tub of salt. And why are all the windows so filthy? Staff were all very friendly, no complaints there. "

"Absolutely wonderful time staying with you Thank you. We did ask the staff member behind the bar on Sunday afternoon if happy hour was still on ??? , the staff member replied that happy hour was still available. We ordered same drinks and was charged full prices 🙃 We didn't say anything at the time and just decided to take the rest of our business elsewhere for the rest of the afternoon. Apart from this small incident we had a wonderful time Thank you Christopher Gale "
