Great hotel, has everything you need, quality and value, centre of Woden and easy 10min drive to city. Only thing I didn't like was that the windows don't open and you have to pay for parking across the road.

Clean apartment, close to shops and walks around the lake.

The room was fantastic but isn’t fully blacked out at night

From the moment I checked in I was treated as an honoured guest. Would definitely return.

Great customer service and extremely comfortable room. Attached restaurant for dinner is a must along with breakfast in the morning. Professional, proficient and polite. Thanks Again.

Close to tourist attractions, neat and tidy, quiet. Only issue we had was the door was sticky and hard to open, other then that it was a pleasant stay.

I was lucky to find this place by chance last year on our annual pilgrimage to Summernats. As a fussy chef, I was amazed by the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff last year. Nothing was too difficult, as I had my 13 year old with me , and he can be a little fussy, given how his dad spoils him… So after trying a beautiful scotch fillet, cooked medium rare, with an ice cold beer, it was the perfect end to a hot busy day…. We went to our room where the aircon greeted us with the...

Good property

Miltiple facilities to charge EV (with own charge cable) within the secure car park really makes a difference.

I loved the heritage aspect inside & out. It was elegant and tastefully fitted out. The room was large and comfortable and the food was delicious. We definitely recommend this hotel

Fantastic location and great amenities for our stay with our 8 month old. Would love it if they had a change table available in the lobby bathrooms for ease. Our only criticisms were that the king bed is not a true king, but two singles held together by a very uncomfortable bridging plate, and that the shower drains had not been cleaned so water backed up and flooded out - we ended up cleaning the drains ourselves.

Loved the enormous squishy beds, so comfortable!

great place to stay highly recommend will stay there again

Great place to stay for the weekend. Definitely be back :)

Homely

We really loved the Ramada Diplomat. Not much not to like, in my opinion. It has a beautiful lobby and dining area. It looked like a luxury hotel and felt like one too. We had a ground floor recently refurbished room, and while we were not given a room with a view, our room had a lovely leafy outlook that gave us a visual escape after our days in the busy city. I've seen a few reviewers saying their rooms were dated. Ours was recently refurbished and decorated with an eye for luxury. It was an...

Clean and close to the AWM and places to eat

From the moment we arrived at Jamala Lodge we were impressed The setting of the Lodge was impressive and when we walked in it was a WOW factor The furnishings are inviting and the staff amazing we had our grandson with us who needed some extra attention and the staff could not have have been more helpful And where do we begin to describe the room experience with the huge fish tank and animals outside The dinner was delicious and I could go on and on!!!! Great Experence

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. In an excellent location, close to shops , restaurants and brilliant walks. Lovely room, comfortable bed plus very quiet. Highly recommend. Catherine
