For the price of the room per night, I was expecting something ordinary. But as soon as I got there, it was anything but!!
The room and bathroom was clean and very well presented while the staff were very helpful, yet professional. Totally worth a good stay.

Very quiet and comfortable room, very modern and beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen and lots of nice personal touches to make our stay special and just like a home away from home. Nice large bathroom and the shower was amazing. Perfect uninterrupted view of the river, and a great patio area to enjoy it all. Walking distance to the Main Street, which was a really nice picturesque journey along the river and over the bridge. Couldn’t have asked for more we loved our stay here.

We stayed at The Abel whilst on a soccer trip recently! The cabin was cosy, clean, warm and for us it was just perfect for what we needed.. Nigel was amazing, very friendly and helpful.. We will definitely be staying there again!
One of the highlights was running down to the waters edge to watch the Spirit come in at night! And also whilst the boys were playing soccer she sailed out again! I got some really great photos!
