"Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Grounds were very tidy , central location - close to shopping centers , coffee and dinning. "

"It was ok. Easy to check in and get to our room. The mattress on the bed looked older and nit as comfy as the single bed looked. There were quite a few trucks parked that were noisy the next morning and some kind of work being done around the property so was noisy also. But I’d stay there again for the convenience and ease of booking in and staying "

"Some parts of the room needed attending. Stains on the lounge, TV needs upgrading, spa had a crack on the side. Shower head leaking. Staff were nice. Parking was ok. Within walking distance to coffee shop and Bar restaurant. All together a nice place to stay and will be coming back."

"Based on other reviews I had low expectations but, considering the low price and excellent location, I thought it was pretty good. The place is about 15 years overdue for a refurb, with everything a bit shabby and worn, hence the budget price. However the location, looking across the river from a balcony, was great. "This place has alot of potential. It is decent, on nice grounds, restaurants are good, the staff are nice but a huge downfall is the bathroom. The shower is uncomfortable to be in, with very little water pressure, awkward layout and the water spills over onto the bathroom floor which is a bit of a hazard. I did spot a couple of cockroaches in the room, which bothers me. Fix these issues, and I think i would be encouraged to come back."

"The property was well suited to our group - kitchen was well stocked, plenty of activities to keep us occupied. A few aspects were a bit dated but it didn't bother us at all - we had a great weekend. Highly recommend for groups"

"What an amazing place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom balcony unit. The balcony was huge, bigger than the apartment! The views are unforgettable. The hotel has a lovely pool area but the water is not heated so we didn't use it. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the Palm Beach ferry. Ettalong is a very nice place with a beautiful beach so we may be back."
