"Had a nice stay at the hotel with my wife and daughter, staff are so friendly, room and common spaces are very clean. As for the food & beverages, it can be better, it is below average. The pool with a swim up bar is for adults only, which make it difficult to spend time with your kid while enjoying a drink. Overall, it was a good experience."

Had a small hiccup with our room allocation at check-in, but the team resolved it quickly and professionally.
