"Nice and comfy room. Beautiful garden with many beautiful birds and other wildlife. Close to the beach. Plus is for the distance to Galle Road (which is very noisy). The dinner was good, but far from great. The curry’s are way to salty. Same as for the breakfast (don’t try the chocolate pancakes). Beautiful place and very friendly staff. - Big minus for the hotels own landfill that you see if you take a walk outside the fences. They should really clean that up. Not ok! "

"Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud."

"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. They let me shower after checkout and stored my bag, which was nice! The room is very average, but there was a gap above the door that didn’t shut all the way which let bugs in at night. There was loud music late into the early morning hours from neighboring hotels. And, perhaps the most offsetting aspect for me was...

"My stay at this hostel was fantastic! Highly recommend. I booked a private room and it was perfectly spotless, felt quite clean, was well designed and felt like a boutique hotel. The front desk service was great, and easy to ask questions regarding train times through WhatsApp, and they even accommodated check out an hour earlier so I could do a morning surf lesson and wash up without rushing. The location was also perfect, and within easy walking distance of the beach, beach clubs, and good...
