"The rooms are small and basic, but they have been recently renovated and the bed was very comfortable. The portable AC unit was quite loud, but it did a good job of drowning out the road noise, which was actually a plus for sleeping. Breakfast was fairly basic, and the pancake maker was very slow, making only two pancakes at a time. On the plus side, the French Vanilla Latte was awesome! Overall, a decent stay for the price. Hopefully housekeeping is doing a thorough deep clean between guests to keep the newly renovated rooms feeling fresh."

"Property was clean and nice. Casino and pool were great. We enjoyed social hour in the lounge. We would stay here again. Our favorite thing was the easy access to the skytrain, so we could get around Vancouver easily. The only thing that was a little concerning was that the bathroom floor was very slick. We had to remember that whenever we were in the bathroom."

"What a beautiful location & hotel. The staff were very nice & helpful. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were only there one night. The dinner menu was very limited, but having said that, the prices were reasonable. I would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed driving around Pender island, some nice beaches."
