"The hotel was very nice and considerate. We arrived at 9:00 AM, knowing that check-in was not until 4:00 PM, and only asked if we could leave our luggage. To our surprise, they kindly allowed us to check in right away at 9:00 AM. We were extremely grateful, especially after a long trip from Hawaii with two children. As a thoughtful bonus, they also provided free breakfast items such as apples, juices, and muffins. The staff’s kindness truly made our stay more comfortable. Thank you for such wonderful service!"
