"I appreciated the kind, friendly and helpful service by all of the service staff we encountered. The age of specific building sections does show and it would benefit from a refresh. I stayed in the West Wing and the room was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view of the lake. Overall a great experience."

"Lovely staff gave us an upgrade to a better room and view. We didn't use the facilities outside of the room but inside the room was everything that we needed. The only issue was that the TV was not smart, which seems crazy in 2026, so we were stuck with watching whatever was on. Other than that, everything was fantastic. "

"Stay here every time we have a late or early flight. Top tier, kids stuffy toy at check in is a lovely touch - keep that up!"

"If you book over 3rd parties sites then they do not guarantee the room set up (we wanted a king bed instead of 2 queens that were definitely smaller than queen). The thermostat didn’t work and it was really hot at night. It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t come back either."

"Our room had some issues with lighting and left over food in the fridge. The staff responded immediately to rectify everything . Despite getting a parking eventhough we registered our vehicle at the front desk, they took care of it."

"Location is great! Room was clean and updated. The hallways could use an update as they feel worn down. Parking is 18$ a day or street parking after 5 pm up front till 8 am is free (if there is a spot). Breakfast room was full so we went to find breakfast somewhere else. Rooms aren’t very sound proof as we could hear the people above us and below. Staff were pleasant."
