The staff were super nice, helpful and extremely friendly. We loved the convenient location of the hotel. They also had bikes available for us to explore the entore city at no extra cost. We loved this hotel!

delightful 2 bedroom apartment with living area separating them. Two televisions and laundry. security token to front door and lift. slightly different reception is in the basement adjacent to carpark but works well. supermarket across the road and multiple food outlets a short walk. we arrived late in day approx. 11pm no problems. highly recomend!

Great location Very secure

One of the most welcoming, thoughtful hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in you are met with the moor genuine hospitality from everyone who works there and there are so many thoughtful touches in the room and hotel itself. My partner and I got engaged prior to staying and we were met with a bottle of Prosecco and desert upon entering our room and note. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a luxury stay. We arrived in Vancouver early and went straight to the hotel to ask if they would hold our luggage until check in. Our room was ready and they let us check in immediately. 5 out of 5 just for that! Comfortable bed, spacious shower with good pressure and a high standard of service from every staff member we encountered. The attached restaurant had lunch time specials which allowed us to have a sleep in knowing we only had to go downstairs for our first meal of the day.

Beautiful property in a great location!

From check in to check out the staff at the paradox went above and beyond for our anniversary stay. The room was spotless and modern and hotel was central to shops and transport. Will definitely stay at the Paradox again when visiting Vancouver.

Excellent service, super clean room . Flew in from Australia and we’re kind enough to provide access to our room early to Takexa nap before heading out to explore . Apartments Well fitted out , beds very comfy . Unit has everything you would need for a short or long stay . A high quality new hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food at the restaurant.

Everything was thought of, from the kitchen supplies to the laundry. Bed was super comfortable, hosts were friendly and decor was gorgeous. Only downside was having to carry my suitcase up stairs but that's my fault for over packing!

The people were really nice and helpful. Pretty good location lots of public transport to get into the city. Close to the airport. Great place to stay!!
