"We unfortunately never got to stay in our room as Air Canada cancelled our connecting flight from Toronto and we didn’t get notification until landing, so though we cancelled with the hotel as soon as we had cell service they said we couldn’t get a refund because it was booked and paid for through Expedia…so we paid alot for an empty room that the hotel probably sold on to another guest."

"The property was amazing, beautiful room and decor. Can't rave enough about the stunning room and bath tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to the airport and outlet mall. We really enjoyed the warm outdoor pool and hot tub in the evening. The bed sheets were luxurious and soft. Only complaint, the pillows were terrible, way too thick. But that does not warrant reducing from a 5 star rating. Will definitely return next time we stay in Richmond."

"Good airport hotel on a budget. Airport shuttle was free and seamless, and the room and lobby had free coffee. Staff were professional, but some of them (especially the shuttle drivers) were super gruff and cold. Rooms definitely could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The tiles had dirty grout, there were hairs on the ceiling (like, how??), and it had a weird smell. The bed was clean and comfy though, and the room was spacious with a fantastic mountain view. I'd stay here again, but only if the price was right."

"Breakfast menu was ok, hot food was beef meatballs, eggs, and waffles. Pool was great to have but deep for young children so make sure to bring a floating device if your child can’t swim. Pool was ice cold as well. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Overall great stay. "
