"We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again! "

"The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I hadn't realised that the biggest bedroom also had an en-suite so that was a nice bonus. The only - very slight - downside was the lack of air conditioning. We visited during an unseasonably warm spell in October 2023 so it was a bit too hot at night but I would still stay again despite this. Oh, and the TV channels didn't work very well so we couldn't watch the rugby as we were getting ready to go out. That was the only time we tried...

"Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!"

"The apartment was clean and comfortable, quite large for Europe, but we did have trouble with the phone and wifi not working. There is no one on site to assist, however we were able to speak to other guest and were able to use the wifi. The phone never did work and we did need to use it so it was a problem. I emailed and reported it but never received a response. I would definitely stay here again."

A pesar de que intenté comunicarme con la propiedad un día antes, despues ese día temprano, después aterricé en Londres, llegué a la propiedad 2 horas antes del check in, estuve llamando desde fuera de la propiedad. Pude comunicarme con Expedia hasta las 7pm y me dijeron que ya era tarde para hacer el check in... Pase la noche en la calle en el frío y lluvia de Londres con mi equipaje, mi esposa y mis 3 pequeños hijos. Todo el dia siguiente (20 de abril) estuvimos...

"No front desk so we couldn't check in at the property so i tried checking in 3 days before the stay date by text to the hotel and twice more including the stay night, but no response from the hotel, couldnt stay because we couldnt check in and had to make other arrangements which was costly "

"We had a perfect stay on this property. We traveled with our two older children, and everyone had their own space. The property was adorable! We were a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop and no more than 10 minutes to the tube station. There is a local pub right up the street. Great late night stop on the way back from a day exploring the city. The host was very attentive to any questions that we had."

"Easy access to London Bridge underground, 2 markets nearby and Borough Market minutes away. My only complaint is that wifi was unavailable during my stay. It only worked 1 out of 7 nights so had to rely on roaming (ouch) "

"The stay was good and it’s a perfect spot for 2-3 people! Not in a crazy busy area which is nice for when you need to go to bed. But also a short walk to some nice pubs and food areas. 15 minute walk to the tube system which was nice. Lights were hard at first but super easy once you figure out the system! "The property was just as listed. It was very comfortable to stay in and David was a gracious host. The flat is close to bus stops going to almost all destinations in London. One quick note buy your bus pass (oyster card) on line before you go to London. I wood recommend this listing to anyone visiting London. The are some first class restaurants within a 5 minute walk."

"Nice quiet neighborhood, but close enough to Central London to see all the sites! Our flat was well equipped with all the comforts of home, including super comfy bed with high end linens… which we definitely needed after walking many miles every day. The restaurants in the neighborhood are wonderful and we even took in a comedy show (and terrific pizza) just doors away. Would definitely stay here again!"
