"Great breakfast buffet and staff regularly clearing tables. Room cleaning didn't occur till later in the day and suggest they do not clean the cups with detergent/soap which gave the tea/coffee nasty taste. Curtains weren't easy to slide across."

"A fantastic family holiday destination, surrounded by other families and children of all ages. Having a package as part of your deal is better value than not. Breakfast and dinner buffets are expensive if not included. The pools were great and the splash areas were fun. Daily visits by Nickelodeon characters were a hit with our children and the short stroll to Seaworld was brilliant. Our room had great access being on the ground level, close to pools and amenities, however, the bathroom was a little dated and rundown. Everything worked and fresh towels each day was fabulous, the bathroom just needs some renovations!!"
