Amazing memorable property
The lovely host Louise was in touch with clear instructions for check in & out. The gorgeous church was well fitted out with everything making it the perfect accommodation for some much needed family time. Absolutely will recommend to friends and family in the future! 10/10

We had our reception at coronation hall. The church was the perfect place to get ready. Great for photos! There are also a lot of other houses near by available so had lots of family close by. Just a perfect weekend.

Unique holiday experience
Plenty of room for the family but only one bathroom (2 toilets). Comfortable beds & well stocked kitchen. Ducted air con in the house is lovely in the warmer months. Easy quick drive to the boat ramp. Plenty of room for boat & car in the driveway. Check with the Dam Shed for opening hours/days & no fuel at the moment (April 22) due to flooding, so long round trip to Kilcoy for fuel (52 klms there & back). Overall recommend if you’re looking for something a bit different.

Great accomodation in the village
The church was fantastic accomodation in the heart of Somerset Village. It had everything you expected from the advert and the hosts were great to deal with. Will certainly be looking to book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay, We stay there with our large family kids ages from 7, Tan, 14, 16, and 21. We all had plenty of room, and perfect location for the use of the dam we will be back.

We had a hectic few days for our sons wedding...accommodation was great and the back deck was a highlight...shower over bath was a bit hard for older gen as was stairs to loft bedroom....but all good .

Fabulous location
Perfect setting for a wedding with a massive balcony for hair and makeup to be done. Very quiet at night and a short walk to Coronation Hall Lovely hosts who make for a seemless check in and che k out experience

Great place for a stay at Somerset. Sleeps plenty. Was great for our bridal party. Close to reception centre. Beautiful for wedding preparation photos. We had a lovely time at this property.

A beautiful home and location!
We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. Michelle was really easy to get in touch with, and she gave fantastic instructions on getting into the place. The house is stunning! Such a gorgeous place to get ready with my bridesmaids and then wake up the next day with my new husband. Loved it! We will be back for sure!

Our family of 9 guests, stayed here for our daughter’s wedding held at Coronation Hall. Perfect location. Plenty of room. Private. Everything you need. Only downside was just a few cleanliness issues and the inconvenience of having to supply our own linen especially for overseas guests like ourselves. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at The Chapel.

Amazing!
We stayed here a few days prior to and the evening of our wedding and it was an exceptional space. Large enough to accommodate many people with all the facilities needed. Would definitely recommend staying for a wedding!

Charming and well located getaway
We had an amazing time at The Church while staying at Somerset Dam for a friend's wedding. The house is well located within walking distance to the reception location and the local takeaway. The house itself is open and inviting with a large outdoor undercover area. Great kitchen as well. Michelle is a wonderful host with great communication. We would happily come back in the future.

We had a great weekend away staying at The Church. It was such lovely, unique accomodation and the perfect location for the wedding we were attending at Coronation Hall. The owners were also very helpful and friendly in their communication and always responded to any query promptly.

Great location, simply beautiful!
We recently have our wedding at Coronation hall and put up some of our guests at The Church Somerset Dam. It was so beautiful and well kept! Was only a few minutes walk to the hall making it the perfect location!Great for photos and well equiped. Would definitely recommend!

Just Ideal
A beautiful conversion with every amenity - we were a wedding party of eight adults and "The Church" catered for us perfectly; everyone who visited us loved it. One of the best accommodation venues in Somerset Dam. It was very clean and would highly recommend it. Michelle was extremely helpful.

Beautiful
After the original property we booked cancelled at the last minute, the owners of “The Church” were extreme helpful with organising a last minute booking for myself and my bridesmaids. We spent the night before the wedding in the house and got ready there in the morning. The deck is perfectly set up for both a makeup artist and a hairstylist to set up and work on a large group of girls, the natural lighting out there is beautiful and the breeze that flowed through kept us from melting a such a hot day. The loft area is gorgeous, the bed is super comfortable and, with the addition of a plain white quilt cover which I brought from home, the space was perfect for photographs. The only recommendation I have is to change out the quilt cover in the loft for a plain white one- mine was only $30 from Kmart, and perhaps get your hands on a suitable rug for the loft area, as photographs of a bride getting ready are made difficult with the high heels restrictions on the timber floors. Thank you for your kindness, your house is truly beautiful
