"Nice friendly hotel located in the old part of Madrid close to many of the main sites."

"The hotel was located in a great central area with shops and station all nearby. The room was very comfortable and suited to our needs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room had a very large private terrace, and although not much of a view, would be very good to use in warmer months (we stayed in early march). The only thing was we could never quite get warm air through the heater despite setting the temperature required. There were warm radiators, but did find the room a little cold. This was nothing really to complain about and the hotel otherwise very pleasant to stay at."

"I had problem with my card key that i had to go down 5 times to change my card till they fixed it not sure what was the problem but thankfully got fixed a day before i fly back home the staff in front desk were very nice 10/10"
