"I booked for a Sea View but they gave me lower 6th floor and Marina Bay View instead which is right in front of a construction. They have my welcome gift late in the evening as well and not before check in. Staff Rudy lied to us about having a welcome gift being prepared in our room that’s why he couldn’t check us in 30minutes early and he even lied about us being upgraded. Even after I had told him were so tired after our long flight from US and Canada and I was with 2 senior citizens celebrating retirement."
