"Slightly tired resort but good location"

"We LOVE our stay at your amazing hotel. You all made our vacation extra special and memorable. Staff are wonderful, so kind, nice and helpful. Food and drink were top notch. "When we arrived, the hotel garden practically under the water. We stayed for four nights, it was terrible. We were located on second floor because we were informed the lift not function due to the flood. The water came from the tap was brown. The twins unable to use the pool because the water was contaminated from the flood. Where we located was noisy all night. We can’t sleep. But breakfast great and location superb. "

"Great staff and good amenities "

"I came to Bali to check out hotels for my guests to stay at for my upcoming birthday party. I was looking to book 30 rooms. At first, I thought I found the spot. The staff was great. The greeting was so warm, and the service was great.. However, the staff didn't offer a refund after giving my entire group food poisoning. The room had roaches; they fed us rotten eggs; we had to call the doctor to treat our illness. Needless to say, we won't be staying here for my party :( Youve been warned!!!"
