Renovations and closures

Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.

On arrival we had to wait for 1 hr after check in time to check in. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The breakfast was terrible and like a mess hall with people fighting over the one toast machine. The room service took an hr to be told they had run out of white wine. There was a wedding in the mess hall which was so noisy. Thank god we had a pool villa which was lovely but I got eaten alive with mosquito’s. Such a disapointing stay seeing it was out honeymoon.

The staff where super friendly and very helpful. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed living at the pool villa. The resort is located walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We will defiantly come back and recommend this Resort.
