"We stayed in a deluxe twin residential style room. It was small for 3 people but the beds were comfortable. The room came with a washer/dryer which was very convenient. The location is walking distance to restaurant and shopping, and the area was quiet. We will definitely stay here again."
"Great sized room for 3 full size luggage and 2 persons. Great staff, very helpful. They can assist with luggage forwarding if required. Easy to get to the subway, nearby to lots of Family Marts / 7/11 and restaurants. Had a wonderful stay. Would recommend to anyone else. "
"Really cool hotel in a very convenient location. Our room had an amazing view of Tokyo as well. Very accommodating and puts you right in the action, highly recommend!"
"For the location, all day place shibuya was great.
Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo (especially with such a high profile location).
Room was maybe a little dusty when we arrived but didn’t cause any issues through the trip.
Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, never had an issue using a washing machine.
Check in was on a machine but there is always people in the lobby around to help with the process. "
