"The hotel rooms are old and not toughly cleaned. The bathroom in the room smelled mildewed and black mold was in the corners of the shower. The hallways of the hotel smelled of cleaning agents and chlorine. The pool area is the best!"

"Clean room. Nice area. Amenities nice. However, only had one bathroom for room for 6 people. And no balcony as advertised in the photos. "

"They now charge you 26 dollars for valet parking for no reason when you can park your own car. They also charged me $150 deposit for one night, come on. Stayed there twice and both times the AC doesn't work. They manually control it on their end so no matter what temp you set it will never work."

"Stayed at this hotel twice but this time wasn’t that great. Was offered a room upgrade several days before and was never told that the room I requested wasn’t available until I checked in which would have been really helpful to know beforehand. Waited almost 45 minutes in the check in line. Watched people in front of me get offered a drink upon check in and I was not offered one. Valet took upwards to 30 minutes to both order and retrieve vehicle. Got assistance with luggage upon check in but then was verbally pressured for a tip afterwards. Asked Front Desk for engineering assistance… nobody showed up. Asked for help with luggage on checkout and the bellman didn’t even help load the luggage to the car they just left us alone with the cart in the middle of lobby and left."
