"I did not get the house that I booked. The host tried to fast talk me into telling me that this was an upgrade, but it did not accommodate my total party. We had to sleep in the living room. They switch all of our booking without even letting me know. Never reached out. Then when she finally called, she made it seem like she was doing me a favor (her words exactly) and said she could have just canceled without even giving me a notice and I should be thankful. There was a part of the house closed off, and she had someone else staying there. I had to place something on the door for security to make sure no one entered. I will not be booking with this property again. She had no empathy and was not concern about me or my guest. "

"We booked this hotel for the hot tub. When we arrived we walked the property and everything looked great so we went to dinner and came back to get on the hot tub. We couldn't figure out how to turn it on so we went to the front desk and the guy behind the counter said oh yeah it's broken...... There were no signs no indication it was out of order we won't be back"

"Clean safe and quiet, staff was very friendly. The best part is what’s behind the hotel. Walk past the 2nd red fire pump station on the right side of the hotel to the walkway and turn right. The promenade goes all the way around the pond to the restaurants and shopping. Check out the Love Locks Bridge in the middle "

"Owner was very friendly and accessible. We asked for an early check-in by only a few hours and were charged an extra 50. We didn’t think this was necessary given the extra fees already built into the price. Overall was still a very nice place to stay with lots of room. Thank you. "

"This was, without a doubt, the worst experience of my life.This happened on my wedding day. I arrived at the location at exactly 4:00 PM and had never received any check-in details. After reaching out, I was told that my reservation had never been approved—despite the fact that it had been booked and confirmed through the app a week in advance.The host then tried to relocate us to another property, claiming it was bigger and more expensive. However, when we arrived, it was actually smaller and had far fewer amenities than what we originally booked.Both the host and the owner were present. As soon as they saw that children were with us (it was a family gathering), the owner refused to rent the property, saying she would not rent her house for the amount, that her furniture was too expensive, and that children always cause problems. It was clear they had no real intention of honoring the reservation.All of this was happening while my guests were already on their way—many traveling over an hour—with food prepared for the event. On one of the most important days of my life, everything fell apart because of their lack of professionalism and accountability.When we mentioned that we would be leaving a negative review, the host’s attitude completely changed. We were aggressively told to leave the property and were literally kicked out.This situation was unacceptable, unprofessional, and incredibly upsetting.
