"Cleanest hotel ever"

"I am not happy for what I paid. They don’t even give you a bottle of water. I waited about 30 minutes for shampoo to be delivered to the room. Asked for late check out and they did not wanted to give me the option. Asked for beach towels and they do not provide it either. The floor is broken in the reception, when you walk in is the first thing you see. I expected a better looking place and better service for the amount of money changed. "

"Check in was very chaotic. Only one worker and a lot of guests. She was amazing but it was obvious that she was overwhelmed. Property is definitely outdated. Shuttle to airport is at the top of every hour only so plan accordingly. Room had a musky smell to it. "

"We got a suite and the fridge wasn’t working. We requested it to be fixed multiple times and were just told someone would come but no one would show up. We weren’t given much accommodations considering we got a suite. "

"Obviously, the location is the selling point. The guys at the front desk were nice and hospitable. Check-in was easy. Wi-Fi was good in the room. I wish that they had a gym on site, but the fact that we didn’t have to leave the airport was the overwriting factor for staying."

"Not as clean as when i visited before, carpet should be either cleaned or completely replaced. The elevators were out of service so i had to take the stairs up to my room with heavy luggage, room had a moldy smell, no ice other vending machines available . Entrance way was extremely slippery almost fell a few times due to the tiles and heavy rain."

"Staff was fabulous…newly renovated rooms, great food and pool area!"
