Dirty sticky floors, hvac thermostat didn’t work, staff gave us the wrong breakfast time where we missed the complimentary breakfast, there were ants on the tables, the tv volume didn’t work, and there was barely any water coming out of the shower head, super weak pressure, we notified the front desk where the girl said ok we will notify maintenance and nothing else happened. Very disappointed specially when it’s almost $400 per night. Stay away from this place.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were assigned a very nice room with a beautiful view of the lake. I was told twice when calling ahead of time there was NO SHUTTLE from the airport to the hotel. We took an Uber for $50 for all 6 of us. I was told at the hotel that we could’ve taken their shuttle. This was very disappointing.

I don't know how Hilton has given its name to this hotel. - We stayed 9 days and the room was done two times. We had to beg to get clean towels at least every 2 days. - Kitchen hood completely dirty and sticky. Nobody has cleaned it for years. - Both Washbasin faucets leaking. No maintanennce at all. - No safe. When we asked for it was said that it should be in the closet. There was not and they answered that our room did not have one. We asked for a room with a safe and never had an answer, not even "sorry it is not available" - Using the laundromat, washing was not problem, by drying the mashine did not read our credit card. When we ask for help the personal did not know at all how to use them. Trying several times the mashine charge me several times my credit card without any function. As I claimed I was told I would need to address the operator of the machines that never answerde my requests. - Breakfast: Everyday the same, there was no variety and served in anime plates and using plastic cutlery. - Parking place: available but only paying to a third party via App (public one). Not possible to pay at the hotel.

Needed to download an application to pay for the parking, I didnt want to download it so I asked the person at the front desk if he could put it on my account, he said he would. I arrived on April 20 at 5:30 am and entered the hotel immediately because I had paid for two nights. We left on the 21st at 4 am. Basically, only one day. My mastercard was charged with USD 207, the room was already prepaid. I would like some clarification on that charge.

Here always feels at home. Please check your airconditioning and wifi in room 424. The 2 bedroom suites usually don't have good wifi coverage, specifically in the last room. Other than that the stay was excellent

Nice location with airport shuttle transportation. The location is ideal and you are walking distance to several chain/quick service restaurants if you need a quick bite for lunch/dinner. The staff was courteous and pool was decent. This location is nice, because you're not directly in the airport runway path so it's quieter compared to hotels on the north/northeast side of the airport. Lobby area is nice and the free breakfast buffet was good.
