What I didn’t like was the car transfer from the airport arranged by the concierge … a half hour ride with an average driver cost over $400 … almost a third again on the price of the room .. "Clean and quiet. Fridge barely got anything cold and no freezer or microwave. Shower was awful because it kept flooding out from the door that was loose. Luggage cart options would have been nice outside of bellhop services and parking costs were outrageous for the distance we needed to drag our stuff or pay more. Shuttle was nice, food was good, kid enjoyed the pool. "

"Have stayed here at various times over the past since 90's. Renovated rooms...great bar and food quality surprisingly good at the lobby restaurant and bar. Outstandingly service all around, bartenders very friendly and great at their jobs. In fact, all the workers seem to go the extra mile, front desk, valet parking, bar and restaurant and house keeping. Im going to keep on coming!"

"The hotel was in the process of finishing up the remodeling of the rooms on the first floor. One elevator was not working for the first day and the working elevator was very slow. The hotel was in the process of changing the floor levels. Floor 1 was changed to floor 2, floor 2 to floor 3 etc. They posted some signs, but it was still very confusing and at one point our room key did not work.
