"Hotel is at the perfect location to enjoy all of Venice. Area is near many restaurants and easy walking to all the sights. if taking the water taxi from the airport the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the place of debarkation. A perfect location."

"Great choice for solo traveler. I stayed in the annex bldg; had a view out my window of a narrow canal below, with many gondolas passing through. It was enchanting! Also was very close to everything. Very easy to catch waterbus, etc. Staff were very helpful, and came over immediately when I had trouble with the AC. Access to cafe/espresso machine downstairs 24/hr. Would easily choose again for a future stay."

"First of all the property was beautiful! From the moment we walked in we noticed the unique glass chandelier and decor in the lobby. The canal view room had a perfect view and was a great size. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with dinner recommendations etc. Breakfast was so convenient and tasty, we loved the options as well."
