This lovely villa is situated in the beautiful urbanisation Casanova just 10 minutes from the beach and centre of sant feliu de Guixols.
the house is accessible through an electric gate that leads to a garage where you can park your car. the house is accessed through the garage or through the official front door.A staircase leads you to the house with 3 bedrooms one of which has an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. The other bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. These rooms share a bathroom.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen and nice living area witha separate section for the tv.
There are glass sliding doors on both sides of the livingarea. On one side there is a terrace with beautiful vieuws over the mnountains and the sea.
The other sliding doors lead to a covered terrace and the poolside terrace overlooking the pool.
