Hotel is clean with nice staff. 5 mins to the bus station and seaside. Only drawback is that it can be very noisey, the hotel is often full of teenagers coming to perform.

Good basic room with daily cleaning. Good for the price. Breakfast wasn’t good but that’s fine for the price. Spar has cat treats for the black fur baby that lives across the road :)

Plenty of food options. Dont book full board on expedia. It wont be honored and will have to pay for it again at the hotel. This was not okay and why I gave the lower stars. Very kid friendly and safe. Parking is avaliable and in a secure location. Lots of trash out our windows. Closet door was broken.

I booked this holiday last minute and was expecting the worst however I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in block 2 and the building and rooms are in need of some TLC. Saying that, our room was very clean and cleaned/fresh towels on everyday. There was entertainment on all day if you wanted to stay in the hotel and lots to do for the children. The food was fine - continental breakfast buffet and different restaurants to choose from for tea. I wouldn't recommend going if you don't have children as it is a family themed hotel.

Please avoid and book Samba or another hotel.

This Hotel would have got 5* Review but for the cleaners to take 5 days to finally refil my shower gel and shampoo was appalling. The place got very busy from day 1 till i left and i was not going to que up at reception for something the cleaners fail to do. There are hotel that are 3* and they look much more cleaner, Livelier and newer. So dont be deceived by the Stars of this hotel. The kids slides was closed a message before hand would be nice as i only booked this hotel for my kids. Only entertainment and fun they had was the man working on security he played and also gave the children sweets. This hotel parking cost me more than my car rental.

Les maîtres d'hôtels des 3 restaurants étaient super, l'équipe d'animation et les spectacles au top. Tout le personnel très bien. L'accès aux piscines difficiles,les abords des piscines un peu sale et mal sécurisés avec les marches et le carrelage. Il manque aussi de place a l'extérieur,la plupart des tables des restaurants sont a l'intérieur contrairement à d'autres hôtels en Espagne que 'ous avons fait

Rien à redire sur l’hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité prix. Les nombreuses activités et animations pour enfants sont géniales et les animateurs polyglottes et investis. El hotel está bien ubicado, pero las instalaciones son deficientes. Desde la habitación se oyen perfectamente lo que sucede en el pasillo y habitaciones contiguas. El buffet es muy pobre, con escasa variedad. El gel y champú hay que acudir a recepción para que lo lleven a la habitación, pues en principio, no lo dejan. Podrían mejorar la puntuación haciendo algunas mejoras en el servicio.
