"The property all was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in a super convenient area only four minute walk to the train station and Shinkansen. It’s in a quiet neighborhood only 20 minutes from Shibuya. The area downstairs is amazing with an aquarium, bowling alley, shopping, food. Overall we loved the hotel and we’re definitely stay at a prince hotel again."

"This was the best stay in a hotel in Japan. Everything in Japan is great but this was at the top. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are outstanding (relaxation room, chair massage room, laundry, vending machines, free coffee (very delicious in relaxation room). And on top of it, breakfast is outstanding with both western and Japanese alternatives. I tried them both, and both are great. "
