"The staff at this hotel are very welcoming and friendly! All of them were willing to talk with you. The gym is great. It’s nice to have this when you can’t work out at home. It’s one of the better gyms I have used when I have been on vacation. The adult pool is nice to get away from the noice and children. We only ate at the buffet and pizza bar since we were only there a few days. There really should be 2 people helping out at the pizza bar. The person works as fast as they can, but there is almost always a line. The buffet food was descent. I was expecting a few more options, but it was always tasty for a resort. The room was clean, modern, and everything worked."

"The hotel room was clean and the rooms were convenient with kids. We had two bedrooms connected with a hallway. Balcony was nice as well. The staff were friendly for the most part. The shows we went to were great! Michael Jackson tribute was really good. The party scene was a bit too much for a family visiting. There is a lot of family attractions but parties went late into the night with loud thumping music and yelling people. The pools were fantastic. It was a weird mix of family and college. Our kids were older (12/17) so it was fine. The vendors on the beach were very annoying. The waves were really strong and we couldn’t go in the ocean. Food is just okay. It’s not great but not terrible. There were some gluten free items for my celiac daughter and myself but the ran out the last day. We’d go back."

"From the moment we got off our shuttle we were greated by a fantastic man named Sabas, he welcomed us as if we were family. He helped us with all our needs was constantly supportive and never batted an eye at helping us with our problems! If I could recommend a better service team Starting with Sabas, Antonio, the manager, the front desk team, David and Fernando the entertainment team. All the way to the service team. Joanna, constantly greeting us with a smile and knew our room number all the way to Jesus who helped us immediately and smiled and greeted us every single time he saw us. We felt welcomed and we will come again. The Buffet was limited and the Italian restaurant was something to desire as the menu was not completely available. Room service was slow. Outside of that. I have nothing but good things to say I have found myself at a loss for worlds. Sabas, his professionalism and kindness will not ever be forgotten, thank you for making our stay that much better. Thank you for the great time, memories and new friends!!"

"This hotel was really clean, and the staff members were nice and helpful. The one thing that guest should know is if you go to dinner at any of the restaurants for one you can order multiple meals. It's one meal and that is it. you also can't order cocktails at the restaurants. They send you to get drinks at the upper bar, they will only serve you wine. That was annoying. It was also very hard to get into the restaurants as well. They don't take reservations and they are always booked. The buffet was always good."
