"It was such a terrible experience at Hyatt Ziva. We booked here because we had a great experience at Hyatt Ziva in Cancun. We stayed in the building two which was supposed to be the newer building. The room was not soundproofed. There’s a bar right across our room. Very loud at night until almost midnight. Early Morning you got kids upstairs running around making noises. The food was just ok but server had nasty attitudes."

"The Food was horrible. Buffet was similar to a Grade School Cafeteria Buffet. The sit down restaurants were borderline un-edible. We had the all-inclusive and resorted to eating Granola and Yogurt from the Buffet for Breakfast, and skipping all lunch and dinners and eating out. We were in town for a Wedding. The Stay at the Krystal was the worst part of the entire weekend. Mainly the Food. Staff was nice enough, save escorting the Bride and Groom whose wedding we were in town for off the Premises because they didnt have the Dumb Bracelet. Wanted them to pay $100 for a Day Pass. They just stopped to say Hi and thank us for coming...but Staff and Security kicked them out. Even though 30 of us paid to stay at Krystal for THEIR Wedding. Was embarrassing. Even if that didnt happen, Id take your Money elsewhere...this place has the feel of a Cheap Cruise Ship at a Lake in Arizona then a Resort in beautiful Cabo San Jose."

"Everything was really great. The property was super comfortable, new towels, kitchen totally equipped and everything was very well maintained. The view was spectacular. I was very impressed not just with the unit itself and how well stocked it was, but how well the property in general was cared for. The maintenance and security people were present daily and doing things like skimming the pool for leaves, straightening chairs, etc. Everyone was super friendly and polite. We had a small issue upon arrival with the water not being on but the owners got it resolved almost immediately, so they were very responsive. I also loved that they had books available by one of my favorite authors. Would love to stay here again soon!"

"Beautiful hotel right on the beach in SAN Jose Del Cabo. My wife and I stayed in the penthouse suite which was amazing with beautiful views, comfy king sized bed and a huge balcony with jacuzzi tub. Only complaint if you’re driving, their parking lot is quite small and there was no signage on the street which made finding it a little confusing. Other than that will definitely stay there next time we’re in town."

"Beautiful condo with amazing views! Beds are super comfy. Master bedroom with 2 dressers & a walk-in closet that also leads to the master bathroom. The room is bright with plenty natural light & has its own furnished veranda. No worries! A dual layer of roller shades block the bright sun & allow tenants to sleep in. The room has its own tv & you can log into your favorite streaming platforms. Typical A/c units you find in Mexico & ceiling fans. A small fan is in the closet.Fully stocked kitchen, minus food. Plenty of plastic cups to use at the pool, food storage containers, silverware, plates, bowls, cookware, beach & bath towels. A small cooler and a larger cooler are provided & we were provided a couple bags of ice to use for drinks & the coolers. At least 4 beach chairs & 3 large beach umbrellas; a boogie board too. Watch the sunrise & the daily surfers while sipping on a cup of coffee. Folgers was provided but we went to Chedraui Selecto & got some amazing Mexican coffee & blueberry muffins. Yum!!Encountered issues were minor: TV in spare bedroom was not functioning properly. We could not locate the Firestick. Hot water takes time to kick in. Turn on sink & shower to help it along. If more than 2 people, with a 20 gallon water heater, you need to schedule/coordinate showers. OR, do an RV shower: turn on water, wet yourself down, turn off water & lather up & turn water back on & rinse. Rent this condo! You will love it, have no regrets & dream of your return trip."

"Words cannot describe how amazing this condo is!! the pictures and description do not do it justice. From the moment we were greeted at the condo by Miss Silvia, we fell in love with this place.!! The ocean view from the second you walk in the condo is breathtaking!! I cannot say enough good things about Miss Silvia! She welcomed us at the condo when we arrived with fresh homemade guacamole, and pico de gallo and chips! She was always very responsive if we had any questions! And so sweet!! The condo is extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay, including beach, chairs, and umbrella umbrellas!! This unit is literally on the sand with the most amazing views from every direction! We watch the sunrise every morning for eight days straight from the condo/balcony! Takes your breath away! There are many good restaurants within walking distance on the sand. We loved Pescadito Break, the fish and shrimp tacos were amazing and you’re literally on the water enjoying your lunch or dinner! We also love love love Sardina Cantina, one of the best dinners we’ve ever had! They also have yummy breakfast and lunch. Mamma Mia’s was very fun to walk to for cocktails or lunch or dinner., staff and food are amazing! From the moment we booked to the day we left we had nothing but an amazing experience with the host and everyone involved. We cannot wait to go back again and stay longer next time.!!"

"This was one of the best condos we've stayed at in Mexico. The host, Scott, was excellent with communication and even great follow up after we left. The condo was spacious and very tastefully decorated. We were there only two nights so I did not cook but noticed that the kitchen had every appliance and tool you could need. Shower water pressure was great. Beds were super comfortable. It was lovely hearing the crash of the waves and being able to walk right out to the pool (which was heated perfectly). Highly recommend this condo!"
