"The resort was beautiful. The staff “Gabriel, Roberto, and Brissa was so helpful and kind. The excursion sales staff “Damian and Tania” was also awesome. Please stop by and book your fun activities with them. They’ll give you honesty and the best prices. Tell them Ashley sent you! I traveled solo and I felt safe the entire time. One night I actually by accident slept with my room door unlocked and had no problems. My first night there the mini fridge was making an annoying noise and I spoke to the concierge staff about it. I left to attend an event I had planned. By the time I came back they were so kind they upgraded my room for the inconvenience. All I wanted was for them to do was switch out the fridge, but I was grateful. I truly enjoyed my stay. It was also very clean. The food wasn’t the best to me but I’m a picky eater and I didn’t go to all the restaurants to inquire either. So, what I did try I didn’t like but the snack bar was the best to me. Another thing I’m really big on is the staff knowing who I am and not making me feel weird. Well the staff here addressed me by my name the entire time and greeted me with smiles and a very welcoming spirit. I felt like I had new family members. Thank you so much to all of you guys. I look forward to seeing you all again soon. "

"This is my second time at the Santa Fe. This time we travelled with our friends and had our room in building 4. We were very happy again with the resort, the staff and the cleanliness and the food was great. We stayed for 10 days and only have one complaint. The Steakhouse needs an overhaul on how it handles its visitors. We went twice during our stay. The first time we were told they didn’t take reservations and gave us a buzzer and said it would be about an hour. We got in 90 minutes later. Service and food was wonderful on that occasion. On February 1st we attended again and were given a buzzer and were told an hour to hour and 15 minute wait. After an hour and a half we returned to see how much longer only to find people on the waitlist after us had already been let in. Other people waiting said they were told to come at a certain time to get in with no buzzer. One couple complained and was allowed in while another couple guests who were told to come in were then told to get back in line while the couple who complained got in. The lady working giving out buzzers asked me 5 times for my room number and how many guests. We finally got in almost 2 and a half hours after signing up. The waiter basically ignored us, table wasn’t cleaned, we had to ask for silverware, had to ask for buns, were told there was no red wine but clearly saw there was and had to ask again for it. Horrible service. Otherwise the resort is fantastic. "

"This was the full package! This property was so beautiful, the staff were beyond wonderful, the food and drinks were amazing. The service was top tier from beginning to end with every single employee being more than pleasant and accommodating. The butler service was incredible and made our stay even more special (shout out to Daniel, he was amazing!) and don’t forget to book a spa day, it was an experience to die for! "

"This resort is AMAZING! I may be biased because I got engaged here but even before the engagement, we were in love with this property. First, SO CLEAN! Our housekeepers were amazing and I’m pretty sure came twice a day. Second, the facility is SO clean. Everyone is SO friendly and happy to be there and help in anyway. This was a Babymoon trip and I did not expect anyone to pamper me but my god. I got pampered without even asking! Also, I LOVED my mommy to be massage. My fiancé also got a haircut — lovely. The location is phenomenal. We only left the resort one day but the other days we relaxed poolside, got some spa time, and caught up on rest. The reception staff even remembered our name and so did the pool staff. The food was delicious! Most of the time resorts have bland or mediocre food when trying to cater to a larger audience but not here! This was our favorite vacation spot and I can’t wait to go back! We’re considering having our wedding here."
