"We were given a terrible room, not what we paid for. Angel, a manager wouldn't do anything for us, except offeringus a different room, the next day, on the 3rd floor in a building with no elevator. We are 70 and 77 years old. Thankfully, we met with Monserrat Rico who promissed us the correct room that we paid for the next day. She gave us excellent service throughout our stay. We are repeat visitors to Secrets, but the encounter with Angel, and the horrible location of the room we were given, convinced us to never come back."

"The staff was really friendly, the entertainment that they had for every night was a nice plus. The food was OK. They did have a lot of options. The only small defect I find is there buffet hours felt a bit limited since the place they had for snacks also had a very limited menu."

"The resort was OK, convenient, clean, and pretty. The staff was wonderful. There are better hotels in the area, especially if traveling with Kids. The biggest challenges were no breakfast buffet, and no easy, healthy choices, both of which are a dealbreaker when traveling with Kids. There are only two - pricey and nice - restaurants. Café doesn’t count as a legitimate breakfast or healthy lunch option. The other big letdown was the Kids club. It was just sad, my daughter didn’t want to stay or return."

"This was wonderful trip; great place and location in Cabo. Staff loves what they do, from the moment you check-in to time you leave; which you hate to come to an end. Luis, Barissa, Luciano are special people who cares about your stay and goes out there way to make you feel special. Keep up the good work, we'll be back. Thanks."
