"Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again"

"Large spacious apartment with a number of separate rooms/living spaces. Kitchen was well appointed, with several supermarkets in easy reach - watch out for Sunday closing though. Three different eating spaces in the flat, including a sunny roof terrace up about three flights of stairs. Very convenient location for all tourist spots in Jerez - we only needed to use our car once: everywhere else was within walking distance. Many restaurants and bars nearby. José was a perfect host: very helpful...

"There was a terrible set of instructions on how to get to the property with 3 addresses none of which were accurate. When we finally opened the door there is an “aroma de drains”. There was no coffee machine, toilet paper refuse sacks or wine glasses. The toaster tripped the main fuse. The pool is closed until mid June. The apartment is opposite the pool and garden maintenance area, so plenty noise. On the plus side? Fabulous location Excellent bus routes to town and Cadiz Good restaurants...

"This apartment is very nice, perfectly located, and better than advertised. We recommend parking in the underground garage across the main road along the coast. It's very close and much easier than looking for on street parking as (like most European cities) the streets are narrow and crowded. The host is very pleasant and responsive. Would highly recommend."

"A great apartment, perfectly situated in beautiful Conil. We will definitely come back again it was that good. All the facilities were good except the safe wasn’t available due to the key being lost but the apartment feels very secure. Parking is easy at the time we went and the position gives easy walking access to two beaches and the town."

"El apartamento es muy cómodo: 2 hab amplias y 2 cuartos de baño, A.A. centralizado y una terraza enorme con un toldo; aparte de la piscina de agua salada y una plaza de aparcamiento subterránea. Está a 700 m de la playa (8 min) si te vas por el camino entre los hoteles, y a 10 min de la zona de bares del pueblo, andando por supuesto. "Everything went well with the stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Directions through Whatsapp and google maps spot on. "This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place."
