"We were disappointed overall with a lot of small things that would have made a difference. No instructions for any kitchen appliances. No microwave .No safety instructions...emergency numbers. Base for sun umbrella on patio..no umbrella. Patio could have used a good cleaning. Covers on lounge furniture very worn and dirty in places. No a/c in lounge area..unit on wall, no controls. Property management were great..no wi-fi when we arrived, they fixed asap. Would not stay there again."

"The location for seeing Cádiz was very good and parking was close to make coming by car easy. but as a street level and street facing the noise pre dawn was extremely disruptive. With construction and garbage pick up. The bed was listed as king and it is not. The shower had a floor leak needing to be fixed. Lorena was very responsive when contacted and assisted with every question"

"Ojalá todos los alojamientos que visitamos en nuestros viajes tuvieran la calidad de éste. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Baños preciosos y limpios. Cocina con todo lo necesario y electrodomésticos nuevos. Amplios dormitorios y salón. Terracita que da a la plaza con excelentes vistas (es un cuarto piso). Camas muy confortables. Aire acondicionado/bomba de calor en todos los dormitorios y salón. No te arrepentirás de escoger este alojamiento al visitar Cádiz."

"This is a great spot if you are planning on primarily beaching it during your stay in Cadiz. The beach is very nice. Unfortunately our view was obscured by some unplanned construction on the building and we left a day early, but the owners did give us a one night refund and didn't fight us on it. There were a couple of roaches that were there, but I know in these environments they can't be completely avoided and maybe the construction brought them out. The place needs a refurbish. It looks like...

"Everything about this stay was great. The apartment is very clean, bright and well designed and the air conditioning worked very well (much needed with 35c temperatures). Car park is v easy. The apartment is well situated and v close to some great places to eat. The Genteel staff who manage the apartment rental are also very good and helpful with timely and very pleasant communication about check in, parking, meeting and local amenities."
